at the moment this is a know issue in our Reverse Proxy service this is because all requests are being served by our RP server therfore we already have 2 methods that can help you to watch visitors logs and or stats using Awstats software.
as you can see you can check almost anything from those 2 features.
however if you still need to bypass real IP visitors to your servers depends on your web server software there is following methods :
1 - if you are running Apache check this tutorial to install mod_rpaf and how to configure it.
2 - if you are rnning Nginx as webserver check this tutorial to install mod_real_ip and how to configure it.
3 - if you don't have access to compile your own modules (aka on shared hosting) you can define following code in your php script and call it in all php scripts (better to add it to config.php for vbulletin and wp-config.php for wordpress)
$_SERVER["REMOTE_ADDR"] = $_SERVER["HTTP_X_REAL_IP"];
